Supervision in Swedish means ‘leading by the hand’ and this is true of the work of supervision, reflecting on my own experience. The goals being to to define and hold boundaries, create safety and create a working alliance.
The hope is to enable the therapist to reach competence, gain a deep understanding of psychotherapy and gain in confidence.
My aim is to help the supervisee, over time to develop their own internal supervisor, which is the development of their capacity for self-reflection, and intuition.
I work with individuals and groups.
I charge £50 per session.
I trained in group supervision at the IGA - Institute of Group Analysis and I have taught on the supervisor of supervision training.
