I offer a creative and collaborative space for supervision, both face-to-face and online via video chat over a secure telemedicine platform. In addition to general practice supervision I offer on-going and one off supervision for issues around psychosexual and sex and pornography addictions.

Supervision offers you a regular space to reflect on and gain feedback and an alternative perspective about the content and process of your casework. It also offers you validation and support both as a person and as a professional. Good supervision provides a place to rest the difficulties of your caseload so that you don't carry unnecessary difficulties, problems and projections alone and it helps with effectively planning and utilising your personal and professional resources. Quality supervision is a way to ensure the quality of your own work.

I have a broad portfolio of experience within supervision, and have considerable interest and experience in group and individual supervision situations as well as working with trainees.

I provide specialist supervision and bespoke trainings for anyone working with sex, porn and/or cybersex addictions - please see my online website www.therapyplace.org

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access

I am able to offer online video chat therapies for people with accessibility difficulties. (I have been working online since 2005.)

When I have spaces in my practice these are available between 8 am and 5.30pm. My practice is not open at weekends or bank holidays.
