Supervision is an important part of counselling, I regard clinical supervision as a collaboration between myself and another counsellor or professional. I offer support and encourage development of the counsellor's own practice through a weaving of skills and interventions, it is a fluid on-going reflection of ideas, thoughts, feelings and a creational engagement between the two parties.

I am a qualified supervisor with a BACP Approved Certificate in Clinical Supervision and an Accredited member with BACP. I have extensive experience of counselling and have been supervising counsellors and other professionals for 10 years. I supervise non counsellors and student and qualified counsellors too.

I am familiar with CPCAB training requirements and work as part of a four way agreement to supervise counsellors in training. I am able to offer Clinical Supervision to students requiring an Integrative trained counsellor who is also Accredited with BACP.

Willows is located in Bromsgrove and Worcester, car parking is available and both are near to bus and train routes.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
