I have over 3000 hours of client experience and I am now offering supervision in a Person-Centred and  Integrative approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy. The aspects of Integration I can supervise on are IPT, low intensity CBT, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness. My philosophical leanings are towards Existential ways of making meaning of life, our fears and our behaviours and this runs through all my client and supervision work.

I have been trained at the Centre for Supervision and Team Development (CSTD) in Bath and am working towards a diploma with them.

My approach to supervision has been informed by the training with CSTD and would like to share their definition of Supervision:

'Supervision is a joint endeavour in which a practitioner with the help of a supervisor, attends to their clients, themselves as part of their client practitioner relationship and the wider systemic context, and by so doing improves the quality of their work, transforms their client relationship, continuously develops themselves, their practice and the wider profession.'

Above all, for me, supervision is a collaborative, developmental and hopefully enjoyable process.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.
