I have been a professional Gestalt psychotherapist for 28 years; in addition to which I hold a Diploma in Supervision from the Gestalt Centre, London 2013.In additional to my formal supervision diploma and my experience of being a supervisor since 2012, I was previously in group supervision for 14 years, where group members were encouraged to act in a supervisory role in the group. I have had a rich and varied experience of supervision and supervisors with six different supervisors. I of course continue to be in supervision, although for the last 9 years this has been individual supervision. I also bring to the supervision room 28 years of experience of being a psychotherapist. Approximately 60% of my client hours are with qualified therapists and counsellors, supervisees and trainees. My Supervision Diploma course in 2012/13, at the London Gestalt Centre, prepared me to supervise psychotherapists and counsellors from a variety of modalities, not just Gestalt.I offer individual and group supervision for qualified and trainee psychotherapists and counsellors.Currently I have 11 supervisees, and would welcome more.My standard fee for supervision is the same as you normally charge your clients for a session of therapy (net of any room rental). If you are a trainee who is working unpaid then my normal supervision fee is £50 (some concessions are available). If a supervisee cancels at less than 24 hours notice, then their normal sessional fee still has to be paid unless an alternative meeting in the same week can be arranged. There are stairs to my room and I only work in English.
