I have worked as a supervisor for many years, providing supervision for individuals and groups across the experience-spectrum from trainee counsellors to fully qualified and accredited counsellors and therapists with many years of experience.
I view supervision as a process of collaborative enquiry and really enjoy providing a safe, creative and revitalising space where supervisees can explore their practice and challenge themselves as practitioners.
I would describe my supervision practice as Integrative/Humanistic. My Diploma in Supervision is from the Institute of Person Centred Learning (1998), however, I also completed the Foundation year in Supervision at the Metanoia Institute and have attended many workshops and trainings on supervision which have influenced and enhanced my practice.
