I am not taking on supervisees at the moment.

I offer supervision to students on placements. I have developed a Student manual in collaboration  with a colleague, which we use to work from with student counsellors. It  covers many aspects of what supervision is and how it can be used  within your counselling placement and course.
.
For further information about what I can offer please contact me and we can discuss what you are looking for and how I might be able to help you.

I work in Ludlow.

Fees:-

For an initial consultation

1/2 hour free

For further sessions:

1 hour          £20
1 ½ hours    £35

Qualification:

BPS Approved Certificate in Clinical Supervision 2013

BACP guidelines suggest that for every 8 hours of counselling conducted, 1 ½ hours of supervision is required.
Depending on what your caseload is will determine how often you have supervision but I am happy to work to your criteria bearing in mind what the guidelines are and my wish to adhere to them! On average once a month is acceptable and expected!

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
