I offer supervision to trainee counsellors; qualified counsellors and to staff working in a therapeutic environment such as teaching.  I can supervise counsellors working with individuals or couples.  My supervision is currently using Zoom until we are able to return to face to face.  I am an accredited member of the BACP and to this end I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework.

I believe supervision provides an opportunity to develop and sustain good practice to counselling and enable counsellors or professionals to reflect in depth to all aspects of their practice so they are able to work effectively.  I also believe iI provide the opportunity to develop a therapeutic relationship to enable the counsellor to work towards their desired outcomes.

I am an integrative counsellor and my theoretical framework are the 5 relationships - Pertruska Clarkson.  I have a particular interest in working with couples' and completed my couples' training at the Metanoia Centre.  Counsellors work in many different ways and in my own practice over the last 12 years I have worked both long term and short term.

I welcome enquiries from both experienced counsellors or trainees.  I am happy to set up a supervision group should the need arise.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

The counselling room is located on the ground floor in Faversham. There is a small step into the property. The Sittingbourne Practice has full access for disabled clients
