Sue Crossland MBACP (Accred)
I have been offering supervision for eight years, both privately and to counsellors within the NHS.
I believe that Supervision is vital to development and improving best practice. As a supervisor I create a space that enables supervisees to explore all aspects of their client work and the impact on self. I feel that supervision can be challenging, supportive and educative. It can also be fun and a place to celebrate success. I work in a collaborative, relational way; how you relate to your clients and self. I draw on different modalities, but my core approach is person-centred.
If you feel you may be interested in working with me, I am happy to offer a free 30 minute appointment. This would be a chance for you to ask any questions and to see if we felt we would work well together.
