Supervision details
I have a Diploma in Supervision (Intersubjective and dialogical.) Approved through the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. I have experience in working with colleagues in the Helping Professions. I offer a reflective space which does not demand a particular theoretical stance or modality. I welcome enquiries from therapists from any training or modality. I have experience offering group and individual supervision to counsellors and other helping professionals within organisations and privately. I was registered as a social worker with the Health Professions Council and am experienced in supervising professionals working with clients/patients/families affected by mental health problems, loss of capacity, bereavement and many other client groups. I have experience of working in various statutory and voluntary settings. I have worked in a Community Mental Health Team offering support to older people with memory problems and other mental health difficulties. My supervisory experience is considerable. I no longer provide ongoing supervision of a caseload that fulfils any professional requirement. I work with those who wish to focus for a limited time on any aspect of their Professional Life.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
