Supervision details
As a CBT Supervisor with specialist clinical supervision training, I’m passionate about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your client work openly and confidently. Whether you're working with clients through CBT or looking to deepen your therapeutic practice, I offer a supportive and collaborative environment tailored to your needs.
While CBT supervision is often structured, I understand the importance of flexibility. Therapists sometimes need a more reflective, protected space to process their work and develop professionally. I’m here to provide just that! - A space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow.
I bring direct experience in working with and supervising a wide range of clinical presentations, including:
Depression
Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)
Panic disorder
Agoraphobia
Health anxiety
Social anxiety
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Phobias
Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD)
Trichotillomania
Stress
Low self-esteem
To ensure I offer the best support, I regularly engage in ongoing supervisor training, staying current with best practices and evidence-based approaches. My goal is to support you fully in your journey as a therapist, whether you're newly qualified or more experienced.
Supervision is available weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as needed - flexible to suit your professional rhythm. I offer supervision over the telephone or online via MS Teams, Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.
Supervision sessions are at a fee of £85 per hour.
Ready to connect? - Feel free to get in touch via email or telephone for more information or to book your first session. I look forward to supporting you in your clinical work.
