Supervisor

Supervision details

As a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist, registered with COSRT I am pluralistic in approach. Deep rooted in humanistic and person centred values, I am clinically trained and intuitively led.  In my private practice I have a special interest in female presenting biomedical issues. I also work in partnership with a local NHS hospital and through word of mouth I am known for helping women want sex and couples reconnect through intimacy.

I decided to train to become a Clinical Supervisor, it feels a natural extension and expansion of my professional practice. I aim to facilitate and guide trainees and qualified practitioners in a non-judgmental, holistic and intuitive way.

I offer a range of modalities and interventions in supervision, and respect the relationship between two (or more in group sessions) to share different perspectives. A safe place to be heard and held.

Prior to my training as a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist, my career was in Physical Therapy and Lecturing. I have much experience with working across NHS, public and private sectors. I have conducted and published research, understand the process for applying for grants, i am familiar with presenting to large audiences, led consultancy work and I have much experience of setting up and working in private practice.
