Counselling Directory featured in Top Santé magazine

Counselling Directory has been featured in the popular health magazine, Top Santé. Collaborating with mental health charity Mind for their May issue, Top Santé published an in-depth article about the various forms of talk therapy currently available.

Counselling Directory was highlighted as a point of contact in regards to acceptance and commitment therapy, a recent addition to our types of therapy section. We think it's great that health magazines are tackling issues of mental health as well as physical health.
