When crisis offers us the opportunity for personal growth
Sometimes our world can seem to tip upside down. What we expected to happen doesn’t, and what we didn’t expect to happen does. This might be an unexpected serious illness, a relationship breakdown, or a redundancy. Whatever the cause, the result can be profound.

In embracing it, we say yes to a bumpy ride, probably scary and challenging. But the rewards cannot be underestimated.
