About me

Are things just feeling out of kilter? Know something needs to change? Are you unsure what the right support is for your needs? Are you feeling anxious or low mood? Have you lost someone? Has your confidence dropped?

I'm a professionally accredited Counsellor and CBT Therapist helping my clients with anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, bereavement, loss and profound change. Some clients appreciate focus on their future rather than their past and this is where mental wellbeing coaching can work well.  I work with adults age 21+. I can offer you the flexibility of face to face appointments at my therapy room in Peebles, Scottish Borders, as well as online and on the telephone. Please send me an email if you have any questions or would like to book a session.

In times like no other, more than ever we need to focus on our mental health and wellbeing and invest in ourselves. The beauty of my practice is recognising your individualisation and tailoring how I can help with your needs through a holistic approach encompassing counselling, CBT, coaching and wellbeing. We're people, we don't fit into one neat little box! With me you'll have a warm, confidential and safe space to talk.

I hope I've given you enough of a flavour of my approach, specialities, experience and of me as a human being not just a counsellor. In order for you to be sure you want to work with me I offer a free 20 minute consultation so you can then decide if you want to go ahead. I look forward to speaking with you.
