I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist which means I am able to use various styles of counselling to suit the individuals needs of the client and to help resolve their worries.

I offer a safe comfortable confidential, non-judgemental, environment where you will be able  to express and share your emotions and feelings with me. Knowing  that you are not alone.Where we can work together to find  a way to move forward.

I specialise in treating Anxiety and Depression and have gained a lot of experience working with adults in the NHS in this field.  Amongst other issues I address are: Panic Attacks, Low Self-Esteem, Bereavement, Relationship issues,Separation and Divorce, Couples Counselling, Trauma, Sexuality, Abuse, and Anger Management.

As an experienced Counsellor and having worked in Mental Health for many years, I run both my practices with the highest level of competency, abiding by ethical guidelines.  I am committed to professional continuing development to enhance my knowledge, to help, encourage and guide you to make sense of your life.

I work with clients in short and long terms counselling depending on what you decide.

My role is not to give advice, but to listen to your concerns, and fears. My aim is to be supportive and offer encouragement so that we can work together. Most people go through times in their lives that are painful and distressing and have nowhere to turn to or make a painful decision. Past memories may present anxiety or stress which may be difficult for you to move forward for the future. Coming to talk about your issue is the first step forward.
I have helped many people over the years to improve their lives, understanding as individuals we are all unique and respond to life events in different ways.

I offer an affordable fee of £45.00 for up to 60 minutes. 

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and recongnised by the Royal College of Nursing. I work within their ethical framework. I have full professional indemnity insurance.

My Location

My main practice in Wainscott, near Rochester, which is close to Strood Station and on a local bus route. My rooms are quiet, calm and private a safe place to express your thoughts and feelings. There is free secured parking within the private grounds. It is easily accessible from Rochester, Strood, Gravesend, and Gillingham.

FEES

Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy £45.00 One hour session

Psychotherapy / Hypnotherapy £60.00 up to 90 minutes

Couples counselling  Wainscott - £70.00 per hour session

Family Counselling  Wainscott £80 per 1 hour 30 minute session

METHOD OF PAYMENTS

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.

*I offer concessions for those on low income and students as I believe therapy should be available to everyone.

Appointment times are flexible to suit your requirements.Evening, weekends  appointments available.
