About me

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, accredited EMDR therapist, Internal Family Systems Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Leadership Performance Coach based in Berkshire. I specialise in providing psychological therapy to individuals using a range of psychotherapeutic approaches.
My passion is to help people overcome the problems in their lives that are stopping them from being who they truly want to be. Therapy is often a period of self discovery where you become aware of how negative beliefs are previously restricting your life, allowing you to relearn positive thought processes and discover inner resources.

Training, qualifications & experience
My training has involved a number of different approaches to therapy including a Masters Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I have also trained in Compassion Focussed Therapy, Internal Family Systems and business management coaching. I am fully trained in using EMDR.
I am accredited with the BABCP (http://www.babcp.com) and the National Council of Hypnotherapists (http://www.hypnotherapists.org.uk).
I am approved by the following insurers: AXA-PPP, Simply Health, WPA, Nuffield Health.
