Anonymous's story

I've suffered severe depression over the last 4 years of my life due to traumas in my life and amongst my family. I wasn't brave enough to even admit I needed help. I was later referred once I realised I couldn't fight it on my own. I received Counselling Meetings weekly to help overcome my problems. After about 6-8 weeks I finished my course and done the necessary followup as my counsellor suggested (they give your ''homework'' to keep you on the ball). I felt a lot better after that and I did start to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Over the last few months I've noticed it's starting to happen again though. This time I am thinking mad things and being so paranoid and insecure so I'm going to sort out another counselling session and boost my self esteem and start heading for happiness. Its what we all deserve!

COUNSELLING WILL OPEN YOUR MIND UP AND HELP YOU REALISE YOU'RE NOT ALONE. PEOPLE SUFFER DAILY. IT'S WHETHER YOU'RE BRAVE ENOUGH TO TAKE THE STEP TO MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER.
