12/09/19: Our daughters and ourselves

The mothers we are and the daughters we were. Reflecting on transformation and archetypes.

26/09/19: Separation-individuation - the drama

Exploring the adolescence’s turbulent task of becoming independent, and the mother-daughter bond where the drama unfolds.

10/10/19: Sexuality - hormones, health, and humour

The final session will look at sexuality, both our own and that of the girl turning into an adult, as well as biology, health, and communication.
