This experiential workshop will explore how the inner child can be accessed in therapy. The importance of contacting, maintaining and developing spontaneity and fun will be promoted. The effects of negative conditioning and trauma in childhood will be examined. The use of therapeutic tools to promote healing, the release of hidden emotions and the actualising of potential will be explored.
