Stress presents as one of the main reasons clients seek therapy. This workshop aims to give you the tools and knowledge to feel confident working with the client experiencing stress.

The key areas this day will look at are:

  • What is stress?

  • How does it affect the body?

  • How to work with individual’s stress triggers

  • Work stress

  • How stress affects our relationships

This work shop is a combination of the psychoeducation around stress with therapeutic tools to work with the impact of stress on client’s lives.

Jill works at Harrogate College since 2010 and also for North Yorkshire Adult Learning and Skills Sector.

Sue has worked as a counsellor in the NHS and private practice for 9 years.
