Open to all

This sensitive, informative and interactive workshop on grief and loss aims to equip participants on the subject.

You might be working or volunteering in a role where you are supporting those with loss. You may work in HR or OD and want to learn more about understanding and supporting colleagues with loss. You might be someone who wants to support others in your life with their loss. All are welcome!

The workshop will run from 9:30am-2:30pm.

We will cover the following:

  • theories of grief and loss
  • societal reactions to grief
  • types of grief in society
  • non-death related loss
  • skills for working with grief and loss

I am an experienced counsellor, trainer, supervisor and lecturer with a keen interest in equipping people to feel more confident in approaching working with grief and loss. I facilitate my workshops in a friendly, informative, and interactive way. There will be group work activities and discussion throughout.

If you are thinking of signing up for this workshop and have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
