We all have a variety of masks that we wear daily. Many of these can be helpful, providing us with protection when we most need it or helping us to navigate through challenging situations.

In some situations it is unwise to remove our masks, however if parts of them are removed it can enable us to be more honest, open and confident in our relationships.

You will have an opportunity to create a mask. The art-making process allows you to access emotions and feelings that you may have not been able to reach through other means.

We all have a creative side, so you do not need to be particularly artistic to benefit from this workshop.

Book now - there are a few places left.
