Women's food & body circle
10 Kendrick Mews
A safe, healing space for women who face any type of food, weight and body-image difficulties to come together, connect authentically, discover the real, inner, psycho-spiritual root-causes of their difficulties, and receive tools and practices to begin transforming their relationship with food, their bodies and themselves, from the inside out.
Every circle will include:
- An introduction to the theme of the day; a specific aspect of one's relationship with food and body.
- Personal reflection and journaling time.
- Open sharing in the circle.
- One or more transformational practices, specific to the theme of the circle, from the traditions of yoga and mindfulness, women's eating psychology, somatic-movement therapy and feminine, embodied spirituality, to help women shift the way they see, relate to and treat food and their bodies.
Dates: 16th February, 26th February, 9th March.
