This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to learn about nature connection and find out how to manage their stress and anxiety levels using grounding techniques.
Join me for an introduction to managing stress and anxiety. We will explore what anxiety is and how it affects our bodies, thinking and behaviour, whilst slowing down and learning to be in the moment. We will use nature and our senses to reduce stress and improve our wellbeing.
We will be working outside so please wear suitable clothing and footwear.

My name is Sarah Devine and I am a qualified counsellor working with individuals and couples in Burton on Trent. I have a certificate in outdoor therapy. I am really interested in the impact connecting with nature has on our wellbeing and I hope you will join me for this workshop in the National Forest.
