"Who am I?" workshops
This two day workshop is designed to encourage individuals to look at themselves and start to discover who they are. At some point in our lives we may ask ourselves "Who am I?" this often happens when we come to a cross roads in our lives like, leaving employment/retiring/starting a new job, having a baby, experiencing loss through death, loss of a relationship, children leaving home. These and many more can leave us wondering who we are now that this role has changed or gone completely.
The "Who am I ?" workshops are designed to give you the opportunity to explore...
Who you are.
What has/does influence this both in the 'here and now' and historically.
Give you more awareness of your choices and the possible consequences of your choices.
