Well being weekly group
This weekly well being group will focus on emotional health and will operate in a book club style, meaning it will be a facilitated discussion on health and well being and there will be a different topic each week.

About the host
I am a counselling and psychotherapy masters student with a specialism in working with autism spectrum conditions. I am generally interested in health and well being and I feel that so much focus is geared towards physical well being, and not enough focus on emotional well being and this is why I feel a group like this will be useful.
