Using your intuition to overcome trauma
Chinar Abdulaziz, a counsellor and workshop facilitator, will be sharing some of her own experience of overcoming trauma during this talk.
She will also give you some tips on self-care, as well as hints on how you can connect with your intuition to help you overcome trauma or any uncomfortable situation.
To end her talk, Chinar will be reading a meditation to help you feel grounded before leaving.
Please note these are not a substitute for any treatment you are currently having - this is merely a support system.
The talk starts at 7pm and will be roughly 45 minutes. There will be a Q&A for 10/15 minutes after her talk. Please arrive at 6pm for registration, refreshments, and networking. You are welcome to stay until 9pm if you would like to network or speak to Chinar. Every ticket holder will receive a gift bag on the day.
