Understanding your teen’s brain
Do you want to understand how your teenager's brain works?
Would you like to improve your relationship with your teenager?
Adolescence is a crucial period in which the brain undergoes unique and dynamic changes. Understanding these changes enables better communication with your children, helping to build stronger relationships.
This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of children between 10 and 19, particularly those between the ages of late primary and early secondary school. It will provide insights into teen brain development, giving you a deeper understanding of the changes that occur and how these impact behaviour and decision-making.
You'll also learn practical strategies for better communication, including effective techniques and ways to navigate common challenges in parent-teen relationships. The workshop is 60 minutes long and aims to help you strengthen your relationship with your teenager.
