Do you want to understand how your teenager's brain works? Would you like to improve your relationship with your teenager?

Your tween or teenage child's brain experiences substantial and unique changes throughout their adolescence. When you understand these changes and their impact, you can communicate better with them and strengthen your relationship.

This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of children between the ages of 10 and 19, particularly those in late primary school and early secondary school.

You will leave this one-hour workshop with insights into teen brain development, which will help you better understand how these impact behaviour, decision-making, communication, and day-to-day life.

You'll also learn practical strategies for better communication, including effective communication techniques and ways to navigate tricky but typical challenges in parent-teen relationships.

Located in central Brighton, the workshop is 60 minutes long and aims to help you strengthen your relationship with your teenager.
