This course is for new counsellors, therapist or carers who may need additional support identifying and supporting suicidal clients. This half-day course helps counsellors understand the needs of clients who may present with suicidal or self-harming behaviours. The course will introduce you to risk factors, risk assessment, stabilisation, management and support of these vulnerable clients.

Trainer

Frank Lynch is a Registered Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, CBT Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Frank has experience working in Community Mental Health crisis intervention including assessment stabilisation and treatment.
