About this workshop
Stress can have a powerful impact on our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. Understanding why we react to stressful situations in the way we do can help us to find a healthier way to cope in the future.
During this 2-hour workshop we will cover the following:
- Understanding what stress is and how it impacts us.
- Learned patterns of behaviour.
- Consider a new way of responding to stress.
- Self care plan and how mindfulness can reduce feelings of stress.

Tanya is a certified therapist for AXA PPP Healthcare, qualified Clinical Supervisor and she also works as a Community Development Facilitator at West Kent Mind. She is a certified Mental Health First Aider.
