Clarity Thinking invite you to join Rochelle Craig and gain an understanding of the essential characteristics of anorexia and bulimia, the 12-step model for use in treatment.

The day will focus on:

  • What is an eating disorder?
  • Characteristics of anorexia.
  • Characteristics of bulimia research.
  • Anorexia and addiction.
  • Cycle of addiction and its correlation to anorexia/bulimia.
  • Attachment theory relating to eating disorders.
  • Case study.
  • 12-step model and its correlation to the Nice guidelines for working with eating disorder.

Rochelle Craig is a professionally qualified addiction counsellor. Her journey to becoming qualified and working in this field began as a result of her own suffering from addiction and ultimately getting into recovery. Today Rochelle works in the field of addiction sharing her experience, strength, optimism and professional knowledge in the unwavering hope that all of her clients will walk free from the chains of addiction.

Rochelle's training sessions are full of energy, are informative and will give a greater understanding of this area of work.
