Turn of the seasons - autumn
A special forest therapy walk to mark the arrival of autumn. As a small group, we will experience the power of slowing down and reawakening our senses, attuning ourselves to the spirit of autumn, a time to start gathering our energy back in.
Immersed in the forest, we will share together our experience of nature and take time to enjoy the silence, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Forest therapy is a holistic practice that has proven effective in reducing stress and low mood, as well as restoring physical balance and helping us to feel more connected to ourselves and others.
I'm a counsellor and a certified nature and forest therapy guide. I also work as an associate counsellor for the Wilderness Foundation. I believe there are many ways to support our well-being. And I thrive to offer a diversity of approaches to people.
