This is a group for up to six participants wanting to explore their anxiety and find ways of transforming it from a source of suffering into a more positive, healthy experience.
As anxiety can be a strong limiting force in our lives, it creates inner blocks to recognising or acting upon both the causes of the anxiety, and the underlying anxious feelings themselves. The group provides the space to gain perspective on the origins and causes of each individual's anxiety, and to work supportively with these in order to reach a more autonomous, secure state of well-being.
The group is on Mondays between 2-3pm, and the next intake is from September 2019. Get in touch to find out more or register your interest.
