Join a group of 12 therapists on a trip to Vienna, Austria. Over two days, you will experience a private tour of the Sigmund Freud museum, a visit to the Viktor Frankl museum and an exclusive lecture at the Alfred Adler Centre. Along with food in iconic Vienna Cafes, a group breakfast, dinner and lunch and networking with your new peers.

Be guided by your host, Tom, a qualified therapist, tutor, supervisor, writer and workshop facilitator. Over this weekend, you will gain at least 10 hours of CPD. A CPD certificate will be provided.

Vienna, Austria, is a city rich in history and the birthplace of what we now call counselling and psychotherapy.

During this weekend, you will explore the life of Alfred Adler, the founder of the school of individual psychology. You will receive a private lecture on the history of the Adler Centre, Alfred Adler and some insights into individual psychology.

You will visit the Viktor Frankl museum, learning more about this historic person, his survival of four WWII concentration camps over three years and how he founded Logo Therapy.

You will also be in for a treat with a private tour of the world-famous Freud museum. It explores what once was the home and practice of Freud, the founder of Psychoanalysis and his daughter, Anna Freud, a pioneer of child psychotherapy.

There will be further time for breakfast and lunch in the cafes that Freud visited, a group dinner, coffee and cake, networking and some free time to explore other areas of the city if you wish.

Many of our activities will be within a 20-minute walk of each other. However you have the option of taxis and public transport should it be needed.

Your ticket will also include two Zoom-based meet, chat and mingle events before September to give people a chance to meet - dates TBC
