The tarnished mirror
Do you feel empty underneath the face you present to the world? Do you struggle to identify what you want and need? If someone asks for your opinion, do you often think “I don’t know”? If so, this therapeutic and experiential group weekend might be for you.
About the weekend
I'll be using creative exercises - including visualisations, drawing and mask-making - to offer a reflection of your true self, as well as exploring the tarnish that gets in the way of seeing it.
To allow everyone sufficient time and space, this weekend is limited to six participants. For those who collect them, this workshop provides 14 CPD hours.
Experiential group work such as this weekend can bring new material - feelings, insights, memories - into awareness. For this reason, participants should be in ongoing psychotherapy/counselling. All participants should also be over the age of 18.
Cost
The cost for the workshop is £150, but there is an early bird price of £120 if booking before 18/10/24. A £50 deposit is required to secure your place.
