What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is about focusing your full attention on the present moment, without being distracted by unwanted thoughts and emotions. Instead of reacting impulsively, you respond more skillfully and with awareness.
During these highly experiential courses, you will be introduced to a range of practices which include a three-minute breathing exercise and a half-hour body scan which enables deep relaxation and increases sensory awareness.

Done daily, it changes the chemistry in your brain in as little as eight weeks, scientists at Harvard Medical School have found.
