This live online course explores the latest research on how physical factors - such as movement, exercise, time in nature, breathwork, and real-time social connections - affect mental health. It explores the physiology behind stress responses, the role of physical activity in brain and emotional health, and the ways to restore calm through breath and attention.

The course highlights how physical factors influence emotions, mental well-being, and recovery, including their impact on chronic stress and addiction. It also examines why meeting our physical needs is essential for maintaining good mental health, with a focus on avoiding lifestyle-related diseases.

Led by Dr. Andrew Morrice, a GP with decades of experience, the session provides clarity on the science behind these concepts, helping participants make informed decisions about their own health and better support others.
