The flexible man project
The Flexible Man Project is a one-day men’s psychological skills workshop designed to improve participant ability to cope with common psychological difficulties.
The workshop is highly practical and grounded in evidence-based psychological theory including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment tTherapy (ACT) and compassion focused therapy (CFT).
Workshop material is also drawn from men's mental health research conducted by the workshop facilitators.
