Myths and their characters have informed and guided us for millennia and still evoke feelings in us today. They contain words and images which we can draw on in our work as therapists.
In this interactive workshop we will explore myths and archetypes for our own personal journey and for working with clients.
We will use expressive art and movement to engage our imagination to experience the characters and bring the themes to life.

Isabella runs a range of creative self-development groups and workshops which use myths for self discovery and are supported and deepened with movement and the use of creative arts methods.
