This one-day workshop is for those who are supervising counsellors who work with children and young people or who would like to, and aims to answer the following questions:
- What is different from supervising counsellors who work with young people to those who work with adults?
- What are the important legal and ethical issues for me to know as a supervisor?
- How can creative ideas in supervision support supervisees who work with this client group?
- How can I manage the 'big' feelings that are presented, mine and my supervisee's?
- How can I support my supervisee to work with other professionals and agencies?
