Stress management workshop
This is a six week workshop, meeting weekly for one hour and you have a choice of joining either the day or evening group. This workshop is suitable for anyone experiencing stress and wishing to explore techniques in relation to stress management. Please note this is not a counselling group.

Recognise factors that lead to stress
Adopt lifestyle changes for stress prevention
Understanding what stress is and the causes
Learn ways to manage stress
The connection of mind, body and behaviour
Places are limited to seven to a group.
The six week workshop = £60.00 and includes course material and a relaxation CD.
