Acceptance commitment therapy is a very practical approach and has been proven to help people to:
- Reconnect with the present (mindfulness).
- Make space for difficult feelings or thoughts or situations (acceptance).
- Reconnect with what is important in life and commit to that.
Taster sessions are available over the Easter Holidays and then you will have the option to join an ongoing group.
