Sleep tips - developing good habits for a good night's sleep
Are you having difficulties with sleep? Poor sleep patterns are very common, and can impact on physical and psychological well-being. Research has highlighted that simple techniques and strategies can significantly improve sleep quality. This 1.5 hour interactive psycho-educational group seminar outlines these strategies, giving you tools and techniques to get a better night's sleep.
In the seminar, I review the current evidence-based advice for developing good sleeping habits and patterns. There will be a powerpoint presentation, supported by handouts and worksheets for you to take to work on at home. I will also recommend further reading and self-help materials to support you in developing the skills for good sleep.
The seminar is available at an introductory rate of £55 per person. Payment in advance will secure your place on the seminar. Payment details will be provided on enquiry. You will then have the option of arranging a follow-up one-to-one session at the standard session fee to support the sleep changes, or in addressing any further related psychological needs.

I am a clinical health psychologist and run an independent therapy and psychology consultancy practice in Stokesley.
