In a world where we've been conditioned to put other people's needs before our own, it is easy to feel disconnected from your sense of self and your intuition. Facilitated by Jenna Daku and Emilie Janson, this two-hour workshop for women (and female-identifying folks) merges mind and body based interventions to help foster a sense of self-connection.
This therapeutic workshop integrates guided visualisation, meditation, grounding, breath-work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based values interventions that help support and foster mind-body connection, leaving participants with lived experiences of tools they can add to their self-care toolkit.
Participants will have access to tea and coffee on the day, and they will leave with a therapeutic 'self-care bag' to take home with them.
