Self care and well-being - a day of relaxation, meditation, and self-awareness
This day is aimed at self-care and well-being, if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or a little lost, needing to re-focus, tune into yourself, find direction and regenerated health, or happiness.
It sounds a lot for a one-day workshop, however the day will be spent tending to yourself with no distractions, and no having to worry about anybody. It will focus on how you are really listening and being present with yourself.
The day will include a vegetarian lunch, and the additional option after 3pm to go up to Combe grove spa for a sauna, swim, hydro bath, and steam room experience.
