A powerful and transformative retreat day.

Saturday 21st September, 9.30am-10pm.

“A scapecoat is a coat that details in painting, writing, and with all manner of things pinned and stitched to it… all the traumas, all the wounds, all the scars” (Pinkola-Estes. p.386).

This retreat day is inspired by Women Who Run with Wolves. It is designed to be a deeply healing and transformative experience. This retreat day will give you the opportunity to re-engage with past wounds and experiences so that you might recognise your strength, and celebrate and heal your life’s 'battle' scars. Integrating experiences in this way often results in new strength, vision, and energy within the psyche.

Working creatively enables access and dialogue with the subconscious, and will provide you with the opportunity within a supportive group to access your inner 'wild' self. We will draw on feminine archetypal knowledge and wisdom and provide creative materials for you to 'tell' your stories through the making of a scapecoat. The group will be facilitated by a number of planned exercises, and meditation but the day will also allow space for spontaneity, reflection and creative responding to the emerging processes of the group and individuals.

This is designed as a day of relaxation, nurture, creative work, deep healing, and celebration!

Some of the feedback I received from last years Scapecoat Retreat Day...

"For me, it was a truly amazing day. The environment you offered enabled me to sink back into the womb. The music, the food, the drinks all held and nourished me while I went back to my battles to sing over the bones and to then birth (bring new life to) my healing"

"The love, support, and respect in the room created a very special space. It was a privilege to be a part of such a powerful and empowering day"

“What a special day! Once again I am blown away by the strength of women, and I am proud to be a woman!"

In order to provide a healing and nurturing space, numbers will be restricted to 12. The day is scheduled to last for 12 hours, ending with a celebration and a shared feast of healing and nurturing food.

All creative materials, coat, lunch, dinner, refreshments will be provided.

Booking is essential!
