Ever wondered how to develop lasting, meaningful relationships, how to make close connections that are there when you need them and stand the test of time?
Whether with friends, family, colleagues or loved ones, our relationships matter. Really good friends and lovers care. They listen, are there when we’re sad or anxious. They give us a boost after a bad day, week or year at work. They cheer our successes the longest and loudest and we want them with us to celebrate the big moments in our lives. Relationships like this are rewarding and fulfilling.
But do they feel out of reach?
If you feel like you keep making the same mistakes time and again, always getting hurt, falling for someone who’s never quite available, it’s time for change. Does it feel like your friends or partner take you for granted? Do you wish someone would, just once, ask about you before they tell you their problems? Do you feel alone even though you’re surrounded by ‘friends’? Then it’s time to act.

Created by relational psychotherapist Cathy Connan, ‘Rewarding Relationships’ is a half-day workshop designed to give you the insight and support you need to develop the relationships you want.
During the workshop you will:
- explore why good relationships matter so much
- reflect on the relationships in your life
- uncover your relational patterns, which play out again and again
- identify your personal route to rewarding relationships
To create a warm and accepting environment, numbers are limited to just 12 participants.
There’ll be no judgement, no pressure, just the time, space to explore your relational pattern.
You will have the opportunity to interact with the other participants as well as time for individual reflection but importantly, there will be no pressure. Participate as much as you feel comfortable, and you won’t need to be anything other than yourself. You’ll leave feeling acknowledged and equipped with the insights you need to begin to make a change.
