You are invited to join Lesley Butlin as she facilitates her first therapeutic retreat at Purusha Retreat, Lincolnshire.
About the retreat
As a psychotherapist, in the last four years I have felt less connected to other humans, people who I work with are saying they are feeling disconnected too. So, I am offering a day retreat: The focus is on well-being, and connection. To connect with yourself through your breath and connect with the outdoors by spending a day in nature.
Connect in a small group of like-minded people. There will be pairs work and space for individual reflection too. At the end of the day, you will feel connected, more confident, positive, and refreshed.

- £135 per person including light refreshments.

Book your place now with a deposit of £50. All fees to be paid 30 days prior to the retreat. (June 11th) The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future retreat before 30th May.
