Resilience is about the ability to bounce back from adversity in the shortest possible time. When you are resilient, you are calm, relaxed, focused, happy, in control, highly effective, making good decisions, energetic, healthy, approachable and cheerful. It is possible to be this way most of the times in our lives, regardless of the challenges, we may be facing.
